I’m super excited to announce that I have been personally invited by Skillshare to host a group just for you!  I feel very grateful to be running this group along side some incredibly talented teachers such as Dylan MierzwinskiNic Squirrell, & Peggy Dean, just to name a few.

The Surface Design Hangout is a safe place to share resources, personal design projects, your current work-in-progress, as well as have some lively discussions about our shared passion. It’s also a forum for you to show us what you’re working on, struggling with, inspired by and proud of.

Along the way, I’ll provide you with weekly pattern prompts to keep you inspired or to get you out of a design rut, as well as introduce topics of conversation about art licensing, technology, software, finding inspiration, colour palettes and more.

Think of this as a fun, safe place of like-minded individuals who share your passion for surface design.  It’s a place to give and receive helpful critique, be inspired, learn new skills and find your way in the surface design industry.

Reading to join?  You can join the group by clicking on the button below.  I look forward to seeing you there!

Not a Skillshare member?  Don’t panic, you can still join.  All you need to do is click on this link to get a couple of free months, which means you can also do my classes and take part in all the other amazing classes as well.

The boring stuff…the rules! To keep the group a safe, friendly place, I am restricting the topics to surface design only.  You are most welcome to share your classes in the group (if you’re a Skillshare teacher), but they must relate to Surface Design.  Shameless self-promoters will get the boot.
