Poise TVC

So today I’m feeling very poised! Yes that’s right, I did a poise panty liner TVC. Don’t laugh! These commercials pay very well and I had a lot of fun working with some fantastic people at the best location in the world - Bondi Beach!

New Representation

I’m excited to announce that I’ve just signed with Suzie Steen Management . I’m really looking forward to the change and the next step in this journey.

Social Profiling

I recently worked on a TV pilot called ‘Social Profiling’, in which I played the lead role. ‘Social Profiling’ is about a night school class for people who want to write a successful internet profile for online dating. The characters are quirky, weird & hilarious and John Chatwin did a fantastic job writing and directing this gem of a show. I really hope if gets picked up by a network…it’s definitely something I’d...

Introducing Oscar

15 weeks ago I gave birth to this adorable little man - Oscar. Born on the 22nd of October, one week late and just perfect. I can’t believe he’s 3 months old already. He has taken up every ounce of my being the last few months and I’ve loved every minute. I can’t wait to see what sort of man he grows up to...

This year Do it now Productions are working on a fantastic Web Series called ‘Plans”. I was lucky to play the role of Anna, who appears in a few episodes as one of the main character’s manager. Malicious Hearts

Last week in the United States, the episode of Deadly Women (Malicious Hearts), in which I play the lead of Bertha Gifford went to air. It seems there was a lot of controversy over the truth of how Deadly Women portrayed her. I just had a lot of fun playing her and for those who watched, I hope you enjoyed my...

A new role

In October I’m expected my first child. I’m expecting motherhood to be the biggest role I’ll every play and I’m very much looking forward to it. My baby bump even managed to gain a small role in an upcoming Channel 9 Drama called Love Child, starring Jonathan LaPaglia and Jessica Marais (Packed to the Rafters). Keep an eye out for it later this...

Deadly Women

This week I played the lead role of Bertha Gifford for an episode Deadly Women. Bertha Gifford was a farmwife in rural Catawissa, Missouri during the early 1900s who was accused of murdering 17 members of the local community. Some consider her to be America’s first female serial killer. It’s always fun working with the Beyond team on these real crime shows and a great opportunity to master the different dialects of the American...

Vodafone TVC – Getting away with it!

I love this little tv commercial for Vodafone. I play the mum at the beginning. It was a quick shoot and I had a lot of fun playing with the different ways you can walk past a room and reacting to seeing your husband and kid reading together. We had time to play, so we did. How cute is the little...

Louder than Words – Endeavour Shoot

Today I worked with the production team from Louder than Words on a corporate training video. I had so much fun and my co-actor Denby Weller was so easy and a joy to act with. It’s a great gig to have in-between the big one’s, giving me lots of practice and keeping those acting skills fresh and...

The Democratic Set

I recently took part in The Democratic Set at Casula Powerhouse. It was directed by Director Tamara Searle, who has been a friend of mine since 1990, when we were both training hard to be ballet dancers at the Australian Ballet School. THE DEMOCRATIC SET is a residency model for creating short films and performances, to explore the belief that all people are, in principle, equal and should enjoy social, political and economic rights and opportunities. THE DEMOCRATIC SET uses a custom-made film set, a neutral room with two opposing doors. You can find out more by visiting Back to Back theatre’s website ->...

It Starts with a New Idea

I had a lot of fun working on this TV Commerical for New Idea. It was a two day shoot at Belgenny Farm in Camden NSW, which happens to be only 30 minutes down the road from where I live. Living in the country, I’d normally have to travel for hours to get to a shoot! I had hair extensions put in and wore pretty much no...
